An AI payroll coordinator that reconciles client instructions and prepares the pay run—your payroll managers resolve flagged conflicts, check unusual payments and authorise the run.

The AI payroll coordinator reads client emails, timesheets and pay-change files, matches each change to the right employee and applies the client’s previously approved arrangements. If a later email corrects an overtime figure, it updates the proposed input and keeps both messages as evidence. If two instructions disagree, it shows the conflict and drafts a question for the client.

It uses confirmed answers to prepare updates for the payroll software. It then checks the calculated pay against the agreed changes and prepares the summary for approval. Payroll managers check unusual payments, settle unresolved questions and authorise the run.
